Each class is $4/class or you can pay $10/month for unlimited classes. Payment can be made in cash, by CC or check, or by putting money into your account to draw from each time you attend a class if you are not on the monthly plan.
Altitude Rules & Policy
General Courtesy & Behavior Policy
Everyone using the facility shall be courteous to staff, instructors, volunteers, members, and other users.
We have a zero tolerance policy for physical, verbal, or sexual harassment.
Alcohol consumption, drug use, smoking, or use of chewing tobacco are not permitted in the facility or on the property.
Cell phone use is limited to the lobby, front desk area. Photos are prohibited without permission from the Operations Manager. Use headsets or ear buds if listening to music.
Any complaints regarding conduct and behavior (including staff) should be reported directly in writing to the Operations Manager or any Board Member.
Altitude’s Board has the sole right to determine the status of any person’s right to use the facility.
Facility Access
Every member should scan his/her card in with vestible card reader prior to entering the facility.
Membership and use fees must be paid before use of the facility.
All members and users must sign our Conduct Policy and Liability Waiver before using the facility.
Facility & Equipment Use
Members and users shall not enter boiler room, front desk counter area, or staff office with authorization.
Exercise equipment shall used safely and in the manner for which they were designed.
Time your pool workout so that you do not keep staff past Front Desk closing time.
Only clean and dry soft sole shoes are allowed in the Weight/Cardio room and Group Exercise Studio.
Keep your facility clean and orderly by putting away weights and other equipment after use, putting used towels in bins, and discarding any trash properly.
If you are the last person to exit a room, turn off lights, fans, TV’s, and heaters and close any open windows.
Altitude is not responsible for any damage or loss of personal property brought into the facility or grounds. Any personal property left will either be placed in Lost and Found or put into trash.
