Facility Rules and Conduct Policy
To create a safe, enjoyable environment for all users and staff, Altitude Community Fitness (ACF) has adopted the following guidelines for conduct for ALL members and guests who utilize the ACF facility.
To create a safe, enjoyable environment for all users and staff, Altitude Community Fitness (ACF) has adopted the following guidelines for conduct for ALL members and guests who utilize the ACF facility.
___ GENERAL COURTESY
- All persons utilizing the facilities shall be courteous to staff and other persons using the ACF facilities at all times.
- No persons utilizing the facilities shall act in a threatening or aggressive manner, either physically or verbally, to any staff member or other persons using the facilities at any time. We do not permit disrespectful conduct including but not limited to vulgar, profane, indecent, offensive, violent, hostile, aggressive, threatening, intolerant harassing, stalking, fraudulent, or other inappropriate conduct or language. In addition, disruptive behavior which interferes with the safe, secure operation of the facilities shall not be tolerated.
- No loitering, alcoholic beverages, smoking, chewing tobacco, drug use or any illegal activity is permitted in the ACF facility at any time.
- Our classes are often back-to-back. Do not enter classroom to prepare for your class until previous Instructor has dismissed their students.
- Please refrain from talking on your cell phone in areas other than the lobby. No photographs without prior permission of the manager. No photographs in locker rooms. Music devices must be used with headphones.
- Every member is required to scan his/her card at the external card reader or the front desk before entering the facility. Any member who allows others into the facility risk losing his/her after-hours access and membership will be subject to cancellation.
- Membership dues, Punch card, Class, and Day Pass fees shall be paid before use of the facility.
- All ACF users must have completed the proper paperwork and have a signed conduct policy and liability waiver on file before using the facility.
- ACF shall not enter employee/volunteer areas of building, i.e., storage areas, staff only areas, adjacent office areas, maintenance areas, etc. unless authorized.
- All persons utilizing any equipment or facilities of ACF shall use them in the manner for which they were designed and shall not abuse or misuse them in any way. All posted safety guidelines and/or instructions from facility staff shall be followed at all times.
- ACF users agree to exit the pool promptly at closing time. Time your workout so that you do not keep staff here past closing time.
- Do not deface or destroy any ACF property, including walls, floors, equipment, or restroom facilities. Vandalism or dumping of trash will not be tolerated.
- Keep the facility clean by putting towels in bins and discarding your trash properly. Please use recycle bins for products used on ACF premises, not used household items.
- Wipe down all equipment used during workout with the fluid and cloths provided
- Only clean and dry shoes in the Cardio/Weight Room and Classroom
- If you are the last person in the room, please turn off lights, fans, heaters and close windows when you exit.
___ Any complaints regarding the conduct of Altitude Community Fitness staff, volunteers, other ACF Members, users or guests should be reported directly to the Manager in writing
___ ACF retains the right to revoke or modify the ability of anyone to utilize the facilities of the Club should any of the above guidelines be violated. ACF, through its Board of Directors retains the sole right to determine the status of any member’s, guest’s, and/or visitor’s right to use ACF facilities. If a member’s behavior warrants cancellation of his/her membership for violation of the above guidelines, a pro- rated portion of any pre-paid membership fees shall be returned.

Nondiscrimination Policy. These activities include, but are not limited to, hiring and firing of staff, selection of volunteers, selection of vendors, and provision of services.
