ZUMBA- 45 minutes of fun cardio routines to Latin, international, and contemporary music, and 15 minutes of stretch.
YOGA - 1 hour of mind/body workout for flexibility, strength, balance and endurance. Beginners welcome! (Power Yoga and Gentle Yoga classes)
MUSCLES - work all the muscles of your body with weights. This class builds strength, definition, muscle mass and bone density. All Fitness levels welcome.
STRETCH - 1 hour of flexibility work to alleviate tightness, soreness, muscle imbalance and help you live more comfortably in your body.
SPIN - 1 hour of fun cardio on a stationary bike that improves endurance and burns calories while spinning to Music.
RESTORATIVE YOGA- 75 Minutes of Restorative Yoga. We use props such as bolsters, blocks, and blankets to provide support for ultimate relaxation in each pose, encouraging healing for the mind and body.
STEP AEROBICS - 1 hour class that gets your heart and lungs in shape. An intense aerobics class using the Step. Step aerobics burns 30 - 60 % more calories than traditional aerobics with particular emphasis on hips, thighs, abdominals', and buttocks. All Fitness levels welcome.
