ZUMBA- 45 minutes of fun cardio routines to Latin, international, and contemporary music, and 15 minutes of stretch.
YOGA - 1 hour of mind/body workout for flexibility, strength, balance and endurance. Beginners welcome! (Power Yoga and Gentle Yoga classes)
MUSCLES - 1 hour class. Work all the muscles of your body with weights. This class builds strength, definition, muscle mass and bone density. All Fitness levels welcome.
CARDIO KICKBOXING - 1 hour class
You can start getting a great workout right from your first kickboxing class. The moves are fairly simple, so the choreography isn't too complicated. You don't need to buy or bring any equipment — just your enthusiasm!
BARRE FITNESS - Low Impact - 1 Hour class
A high-energy, fun and challenging workout that will get your heart rate up, lift your tush and tone and tighten all the right areas. Utilizing a ballet barre, this class incorporates isometric movements, Pilates, yoga, cardio and resistance training achieving that awesome “I just worked my booty off [literally]”
SPIN - 1 hour of fun cardio on a stationary bike that improves endurance and burns calories while spinning to Music.
GENTLE YOGA STRETCH - 1 hour of flexibility work to alleviate tightness, soreness, muscle imbalance and help you live more comfortably in your body.
POWER 60 -
1 hour class
This program will strengthen your entire body.
It targets all major muscle groups by using exercises such as squats, presses, lifts, and curls. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, the class gives you a total body workout. PLEASE NOTE: arrive at least 10 minutes early to your class to set up your equipment.
SPORTS CONDITIONING -1 hour class
A fast-paced, fun class full of sports drills, speed drills, play drills, and tons of cardio conditioning! Come enjoy this exciting energetic class and get Mondays off to a fantastic start!
WILD CARD - 1 hour class.
Our Teacher's Choice Class will keep you on your toes! It could be piyo, yoga, boot camp, athletic step, spin, kickboxing, pilates, barre, bosu cardio, pound . . . . Or ANY COMBINATION of the above! Instructor: Tamara
