RESTORATIVE YOGA- 1 hour of gentle stretch and relaxation focusing on releasing the tension of the body and the mind.
MUSCLES - work all the muscles of your body with weights. This class builds strength, definition, muscle mass and bone density.
STRETCH - 1 hour of flexibility work to alleviate tightness, soreness, muscle imbalance and help you live more comfortably in your body.
SPIN - 1 hour of fun cardio and strength training. Ride to the rhythm strengthening your core with lots of leg and booty work.
POUND - 1 hour of fun cardio and strength training. Pound uses weighted drumsticks. Pound away to the rhythm working your lower body.
